Job summary

Don Hattan Automotive Group is seeking motivated sales professionals to build relationships with customers and guide them through the car buying process. You will demonstrate vehicles, discuss features, and help customers choose the right vehicle while achieving sales goals.

Base pay plus uncapped commissions, paid training, and clear opportunities for advancement are offered within a family‑owned company with 75+ years in the Wichita area.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers in-store, over the phone, text, and digital channels.

• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefits.
• Guide customers through a transparent and efficient buying process.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals.
