Qualifications

• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles and meet dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
• Identify customer vehicle needs by listening and asking questions.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and paperwork to customers.
• Develop personal income goals aligned with productivity and devise plans to achieve them.
• Maintain customer follow-up and repeat/referral business.
