Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and team oriented.
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and help them select a vehicle that suits their needs.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, options and benefits to prospects and describe available equipment.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Keep abreast of incoming inventory and features and how they benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight service quality and efficiency.
