Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, understand their needs, and help them select a vehicle that fits. You will follow up consistently, explain vehicle features, and coordinate delivery with the customer to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic in a team environment
• Bilingual is a plus
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership, helping them select a vehicle
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers
• Explain product performance and options to prospects
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customer understands features and paperwork
• Keep abreast of inventory, features, and benefits for customers
• Introduce customers to service department to highlight quality and service
