Job summary

Lithia & Driveway Jeep dealership in Las Vegas is hiring Sales Representatives to drive growth with an industry-leading commission-based pay plan. Schedule runs 9:00am–7:30pm, Monday–Friday, with 1 weekday off and all Sundays off.

Strong background in auto sales or high-ticket commissions is valued. We recently opened a NEW facility designed to be FUN and appealing for selling cars, with ongoing product training and a supportive team environment within Lithia & Driveway’s broad network.

Qualifications

• Previous commission-based sales experience required.
• Motivated and inspired to grow; team player - you excel in a fun environment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle attributes, options, features, purchase and finance options to customers.
• Ensure follow-up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Track customers using store-specific management systems.
• Stay current on new products, features and accessories; attend product and training courses.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Lead with specialized inventory, pricing, and leadership to succeed.
