The ideal candidate will have sales or customer service experience, prefer automotive dealership background, and demonstrate strong CRM and communication skills in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Automotive dealership sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong computer and CRM skills are required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor is essential.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the full automotive sales process from vehicle selection to purchase.
• Conduct test drives and provide product knowledge to customers.
• Follow up with sales leads and maintain communication with current customers.
• Represent Volkswagen of New Port Richey in a polished and professional manner.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships in a team-focused environment.
