Job summary

Average earnings range from $75,000 to $120,000 annually, with top performers over $150K. A 4-day workweek is offered for better balance and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, but not required.
• Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a friendly, positive attitude and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner.
• Lead customers through the entire sales process.
• Use Walser CRM tool effectively to track all customer interactions.
• Educate customers on financial products and financing options available to them.
• Follow up with customers after the purchase.
• Maintain unit average required by store.
• Maintain a minimum PVR and VSC required by store.
