Qualifications

• Strong leadership and guest-focused mindset.
• Experience in automotive sales and leasing preferred.
• Proven ability to coach sales consultants and improve closing rates.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles and assist with closing deals.
• Ensure leads are followed up on within company standards.
• Oversee inventory, lot organization, and display for optimal presentation.
• Train sales consultants during meetings and one-on-one sessions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests to foster repeat business.
