Job summary

Del Grande Dealer Group's Audi Modesto is seeking talented sales professionals to join our team. You will respond to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and in-person interactions, help guests select vehicles, and share product knowledge to ensure satisfaction.

Auto sales experience is a plus but not required. We offer in-house training, a 90-day plan, and commissions based on performance, plus a strong benefits package and a culture built on integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Customer/Client facing experience.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.
• Tech-savvy— familiarity with social media, email, and other basic office programs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience (Ex: Retail Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, Inside Sales, or Restaurant/Hospitality).
• Sales experience in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and face-to-face communication.
• Assist guests in vehicle selection and provide industry knowledge.
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
