Job summary

Fox Motors in Cadillac, MI is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to engage showroom and lot guests, demonstrate vehicles, and guide buyers through the process from test drive to delivery.

You will build relationships using our CRM, stay current on vehicle specs, and participate in a comprehensive 60-day onboarding with Fox University. Training, uncapped commissions, and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong goal orientation in a team setting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom and lot customers and assess vehicle needs.
• Stay current on vehicle specs, features, safety, and tech.
• Use CRM to follow up and maintain customer relationships.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection, trade-ins, financing, and delivery.
• Assist with lot and showroom setup and ensure vehicles are clean for tests.
