Job summary

Fox Motors in Cadillac, MI is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to engage showroom and lot guests, demonstrate vehicles, and guide buyers through the process from test drive to delivery.

You will build relationships using our CRM, stay current on vehicle specs, and participate in a comprehensive 60-day onboarding with Fox University. Training, uncapped commissions, and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong goal orientation in a team setting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist showroom and lot customers, consulting on their vehicle needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on vehicle specs, features, safety ratings, and technology to conduct thorough, high-quality vehicle demonstrations.
• Relationship Building: Utilize dealership CRM systems to complete pre- and post-sale follow-ups, maintain customer relationships, and grow your client base.
• Sales Navigation: Guide customers through vehicle selection, trade-in valuations, financial products, and delivery processes.
• Showroom Presentation: Assist with lot and showroom setup, ensuring vehicles are clean, properly displayed, and ready for test drives.

What We're Looking For

• Customer-Centric Mindset: Prior experience in sales, hospitality, restaurant/bartending, or customer-facing roles is a major plus-no automotive experience required!
• Communication Skills: Energetic, professional, and confident interpersonal communication.
