Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Build relationships with new, repeat, and referral customers.
• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads and phone inquiries.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, walkarounds, and test drives.
• Follow up with customers using phone, text, email, and video.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM.
• Learn the Buick and GMC product lineup, features, technology, and available programs.
• Work with management to structure opportunities and help customers move forward.
• Partner with our finance team to provide a smooth purchasing experience.
• Follow up after the sale to build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery and beyond.
