• Conduct vehicle presentations, walkarounds, and test drives.
• Follow up using phone, text, email, and video.
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM.
• Learn product lineup and available programs.
• Collaborate with management to structure opportunities.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure a smooth purchase.
• Deliver exceptional experience from first contact to delivery.
