Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership sales experience; Mercedes-Benz experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems.
• Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objections.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and retention; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and online.
• Help clients select the right vehicle based on needs and lifestyle.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships; collaborate with management and finance to finalize deals.
• Maintain product knowledge on features, technology, and trims; deliver a world-class experience.
