Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is a HUGE plus for customer interactions.
• Inside or Outside Sales experience is advantageous in a commission-based role.
• Customer service background is a strong foundation for this position.
• Self-motivation and drive are essential to succeed in a high-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record is needed.
• Passing drug screening and background checks is part of the process.
