Job summary

Aloha Kia Maui, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a friendly Sales Receptionist to join our Maui team. You will greet customers, answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide polite, efficient service at the front desk.

We offer paid training, competitive hourly pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and a year-end bonus program. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or equivalent, and ideally some dealership experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous receptionist experience; automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
• Requires good interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Proficient with Inventory Control software and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a professional manner, within three rings, and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destination
• Takes messages from customer when desired person is unable to be reached or at customer request
• Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly; provides timely, friendly, professional service
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns
• Maintain a professional appearance always
• Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy
• Other duties as assigned
