Aloha Kia Kona, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Sales Advisor who excels in building relationships and driving results in a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers, train to improve sales skills, and promote the dealership’s values through top-tier service.

All candidates should be comfortable with high activity levels, be 18+ with authorization to work in the U.S., and be prepared to learn and adapt in a collaborative team setting. Training is provided.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have a valid in-state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customers enthusiastically through the sales journey.
• Represent the dealership professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects (web, phone, store).
• Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
