Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced tire and automotive service store.

This hands-on leadership role in Indiana offers growth into store management, requires 2–4 years of leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to Belle Tire's customer-first culture. Some overtime and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial literacy and comfort with operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, coaching and developing the store team to meet goals.
• Drive sales and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Oversee daily store functions, including scheduling, inventory, and shop coordination.
• Assist with P&L management and analysis of sales/expense performance.
• Promote Belle Tire culture and brand in daily operations.
