Belle Tire is seeking an Assistant Manager in Westmont, IL to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will coach and develop the team, manage store functions, and ensure a premium service experience.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and financial literacy to monitor reports, control costs, and exceed store goals.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and deliver great customer experiences.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfort with operational reporting and financial metrics.
• Proficiency with POS systems, reporting tools, and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Assist Store Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the team.
• Lead by example to drive sales, customer satisfaction and culture.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Oversee daily store functions: scheduling, inventory, safety, shop upkeep.
• Monitor performance metrics and support cost control and profitability.
• Engage with customers, identify needs, present solutions, and close sales.
• Partner with Store Manager on vendor relationships and product availability.
