Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and seeks an Automotive Retail Salesperson who will deliver exceptional service in person and over the phone. You will drive sales, build customer relationships, and coordinate service appointments with technicians to ensure a smooth visit.

This full-time role emphasizes a proactive, energetic approach, strong communication, and the ability to promote products and services while handling transactions with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
