Tire Discounters is hiring for a Sales Associate/Sales Manager in Richmond, VA. You will grow store sales through customer relationships while maintaining high customer satisfaction and a WOW experience.

This role blends sales with hands-on shop assistance in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring retail or automotive service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred (automotive is a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and Saturdays work.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and eligible to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates customer needs and recommends products/services accordingly.
• Drives store sales growth, including daily customer calls to boost opportunities.
• Coordinates each customer work order from start to finish per policy.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Takes accountability for store presentation inside and out.
• Promotes culture of cooperation and collaboration among team members.
• Assists in the shop as needed.
