Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is seeking motivated Sales Associates and Sales Managers to drive store growth through strong relationships and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

You will evaluate needs, recommend products, and coordinate customer work orders while delivering a WOW experience. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and work Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work Saturdays.
• Stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluates customer needs and recommends products and services accordingly.
• Drives sales growth for store location and makes daily customer calls to increase opportunities.
• Coordinates each customer’s work order through to completion per company policy.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Maintains store presentation and cleanliness inside and outside the property.
• Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among team members.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.
