Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a dynamic Retail Salesperson for its Bridgestone Retail Operations network. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, driving sales of automotive products and services, and coordinating with technicians for timely appointments.

You will engage customers, promote our products, handle transactions accurately, and strive to meet and exceed service targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
