Job Summary

Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of the coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; support catering orders.
• Handle cashier duties using the POS system accurately.
• Perform cleaning duties; manage trash removal.
• Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Process transactions, maintain cash accuracy, and handle deposits.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food items.
• Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if needed.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepare items for sale daily and ensure proper stock levels.
• Maintain refrigerator stock and rotate products using FIFO.
• Record temperatures and replenish supplies as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
