You will deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process, supported by CarMax training and tools. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, handling repair orders, and collaborating with store teams to maintain high quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Perform accurate diagnostics and complete mechanical and cosmetic repairs on vehicle systems.
• Inspect vehicles to meet CarMax Quality Standards and perform state inspections when required.
• Manage repair orders with accurate labor, parts, and billing documentation.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and complete mechanical and cosmetic repairs on all vehicle systems
• Inspect vehicles to meet CarMax Quality Standards and complete state inspections when required
• Manage repair orders, ensuring accuracy in labor, parts, and billing documentation
• Utilize proprietary and universal software systems
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following CarMax 5S standards and safety protocols
• Provide leadership and functional expertise to support associates and managers across the store
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
