Qualifications

• Experience leading a production team in auto repair environments.
• Strong scheduling, planning and workflow coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to supervise and motivate technicians to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Assign repair work to technicians and supervise workflow to meet target dates.
• Provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff.
• Dispatch work according to technician ability and workload.
• Ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time per standards.
• Schedule sublet work promptly to avoid production delays.
• Meet daily with technicians to review assignments and timelines.
• Hold daily team meetings to align on priorities and progress.
• Maintain CCC1 status updates to reflect vehicle progress accurately.
• Monitor quality and provide coaching to body and paint teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
