You will supervise daily activities, coordinate schedules, and drive timely completion of vehicle repairs while promoting safety and customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes leadership, workflow optimization, and clear communication within a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in auto repair industry or managing a team.
• Ability to oversee production workflow and supervise staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign repair work to technicians and supervise workflow to meet target dates.
• Provide daily supervision to production staff and direct assignments.
• Dispatch work according to technician ability and schedule sublet work.
• Ensure repairs are completed correctly and to Classic Collision standards.
• Lead daily team meetings and monitor vehicle status in CCC1.
• Coach technicians to improve quality and efficiency across body and paint.
