Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Production Manager to lead our Augusta repair team. You will supervise production staff, assign work to technicians, and ensure repairs meet our quality standards within set timelines.

Ideal candidates have auto repair industry experience or prior team management, plus strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in auto repair industry or managing a team.
• Advanced understanding of repair processes/procedures.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities with good time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assigning repair work to technicians and supervising workflow to meet target dates.
• Provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff.
• Dispatching work assignments according to ability.
• Ensure repairs are completed correctly and to Classic Collision standards.
• Schedule sublet work in a timely manner.
• Hold daily team meetings and discuss schedules and accountability.
