Position Details:

• Reports to: Manufacturing Manager - NEMA

Role and Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow all safety policies, including wearing PPE such as safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes, cut-resistant gloves, and sleeves when required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Perform tasks involving gripping, turning, pushing, bending, reaching above shoulder level, and pulling.
• Work in a demanding environment, standing or walking for long periods.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment like electric chain hoists, pneumatic shears, wire twisters, pallet jacks, and controls.
• Follow written and verbal instructions, read work orders, blueprints, inventory tags, and labels.
• Maintain regular attendance, including overtime and short-notice schedule changes.
• Perform tasks safely, ensuring no compromise to safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Manual lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Training provided on all job steps and equipment operation.
• Knowledge of emergency stop locations and safety checks.
• Ability to verify work orders, inspect parts, and ensure quality standards.
• Work in a safe manner, paying attention to surroundings and reporting incidents.
• Legal work authorization in the US.
