Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software such as SAS and Access.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts moderate to high complexity analysis under general direction.
• Serve as subject matter expert for assigned states and support countrywide programs.
• Query data for ad hoc analyses and build simple tools for others to use.
• Provide recommendations to training and processes to management.
• Lead and manage medium to high complexity projects and work streams.
• Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge with the team.
