Job summary

CRC Group, a leading insurance distributor, is seeking a regulatory filings professional for its Alpine Rio division in Flower Mound, TX. This hybrid role focuses on rate filings, regulatory compliance, and program launches, collaborating with IT, underwriting, and leadership.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business or insurance and 3+ years in analytical roles within P&C insurance, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple filings and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role within property and casualty insurance.
• Experience with market analysis and regulatory compliance in insurance.
• Knowledge of insurance rating concepts, including rating plans and rate changes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regulatory rate, rule, and form filings with exhibits and actuarial support.
• Perform competitive analysis and market positioning studies for programs.
• Monitor program performance: loss ratio, frequency, severity, retention, growth; flag issues with actions.
• Support new state/program launches: rating plan research and regulatory summaries.
• Own rate and forms testing; coordinate with IT to ensure filed products are implemented.
• Maintain underwriting guidelines and rate manuals; coordinate updates with underwriting and IT.
• Prepare analyses and exhibits for leadership, agencies, and reinsurers.
