CRC Group is a leading independent insurance distributor in Flower Mound, Texas. The Assistant Product Manager will support development and enhancements of insurance products within underwriting, collaborating across teams to drive regulatory filings and market analysis.

The role requires a 3+ year analytics background in property/casualty insurance and a relevant business degree, with hybrid work and occasional remote options considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement in business/insurance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role within property and casualty insurance.
• Experience with market analysis and regulatory compliance in insurance.
• Knowledge of rating concepts, rate plans, relativities, and rate changes.

Responsabilités

• Prepare regulatory rate, rule, and form filings across states, including exhibits and objections.
• Perform competitive analysis: rate comparisons, filing reviews, market positioning.
• Monitor program performance: loss ratio, frequency, severity, retention, growth; flag issues with actions.
• Support new state/program launches: rating plan research, regulatory summaries, launch deliverables.
• Own rate testing and forms testing; collaborate with IT to ensure filings are implemented as filed.
• Maintain underwriting guidelines and rate manuals; coordinate updates with underwriting and IT.
