• Conducts mid-to-high complexity analysis under general direction.
• Subject matter expert for assigned states, completing reviews independently.
• Queries data to perform ad hoc analyses and builds simple tools for others to use.
• Provides recommendations to training and processes to management.
• Provides complex analyses to support business decisions.
• Mentors junior analysts and leads knowledge transfer sessions.
