Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with data concepts, strategies, and data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Conducts high complexity analyses to answer advanced business questions and identify trends.
• Partner with stakeholders to influence processes and drive initiatives.
• Maintain open communication between State Filings and stakeholder teams on metrics.
• Manage moderate to high complexity projects and present outcomes to Product managers.
• Oversee internal tech, vendor, and workflow resources; experience with PowerBI and Generative AI is required.
• Research data at state/countrywide level to propose speed-to-market improvements.
• Analyze trends and provide tactical and strategic recommendations.
• SERFF knowledge is a plus.
