Summary/Objective

The Auto Press Operator is responsible for the setup and production of screen-printed Chrome Hearts apparel goods.

Essential Functions

  • Setup screens for new prints
  • Confirm the accuracy of the print production provided coincides with the current print setup
  • Provide the supervisor with a TOP sample for approval before beginning production and make any changes to the setup if the TOP is not approved
  • Maintain communication with the Auto Assistant for any changes in garment size/boxes
  • Per feedback from the Auto Assistant, make any necessary adjustments to ensure quality of print is to standards
  • Accurately record activities in weekly logs
  • Monitor print output to meet required goal
  • Must help team meet daily/weekly goals
  • Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive routine
  • Consistently deliver pieces with a short turnaround time
  • Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety protocols

Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ yrs experience in screen printing (6-12 color auto press)
  • Must have ability to print both quantity and quality
  • Must be able to work well with others and have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle a physical workload
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to take on responsibility with a personal sense of accountability

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and/or sit for prolonged periods of time, some walking. Employees are regularly required to talk and/or hear. Employees will be expected to repeat much of the physical motions throughout the shift that may include use of their feet, legs, arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers. This work will involve a variety of hand operations requiring a high degree of manual dexterity and close visual attention. The employee must be able to carry and/or lift up to 50 lbs if needed.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
