Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loading to efficiently prepare, stage, and load customer orders and company vehicles with automotive parts. You will ensure accuracy, handle products with care, and maintain safe loading practices to meet delivery schedules.

This role requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, and a safety-conscious approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack products up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when verifying orders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Accurately load company delivery trucks and trailers with customer orders, ensuring products are staged and secured according to company standards.
• Verify product counts against invoices, manifests, or pick tickets before loading.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Inspect products for damage, accuracy, and quality before loading.
• Ensure loading areas remain organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
• Assist with unloading incoming shipments and storing inventory as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling heavy or hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
