Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loading to efficiently prepare, stage, and load customer orders and company vehicles with automotive parts. Load accuracy, product safety, and timely deliveries are key focus areas.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety. Experience with forklifts and warehouse systems is preferred. On-site role in Fort Smith, AR.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack products up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when verifying orders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Accurately load company delivery trucks and trailers with customer orders, ensuring products are staged and secured according to company standards.
• Verify product counts against invoices, manifests, or pick tickets before loading.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Inspect products for damage, accuracy, and quality before loading.
• Ensure loading areas remain organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
• Assist with unloading incoming shipments and storing inventory as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling heavy or hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
