Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts – Dyna Parts LLC is seeking a Store Sales Associate to be the primary contact for customers, understand needs, and source the correct parts. You will help ensure each customer has a great experience and promotes sales.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, building relationships, picking parts, resolving issues, keeping the store clean, and stocking merchandise. A valid driver’s license and prior retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Build good relationships with NAPA customers.
• Greet all customers.
• Pick correct parts from behind the counter for customers.
• Assist in resolving retail issues.
• Ensure store cleanliness.
• Assist in receiving/stocking merchandise.
