Genuine Parts Company is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its NAPA auto parts store in Cahokia Heights, IL. You will lead a results-driven crew, own P&L, and drive growth in a market-leading retail environment.

You will build customer relationships, identify new revenue, and develop a team focused on safety, appearance, and service. The role rewards leadership, performance, and a path toward broader store leadership within a Fortune 200 company.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long term relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts is a plus.
• Personal drive, self-motivation and initiative to accomplish business goals.
• Customer focus and high energy in our fast-paced stores.
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigating computer and paper catalog systems.
• Passion for delivering customer care in a strong team environment.
