Job summary

Genuine Parts Company in Pittsboro, NC is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing auto parts team, drive growth and profitability, and map out initiatives and business plans. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer care, managing inventory, and guiding a skilled crew in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, P&L ownership, and automotive knowledge with a track record in retail management, ASE certifications, and a passion

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls and seasonal shifts is a plus.
• Experience in automotive or retail leadership preferred.
• ASE certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
• Shift into high gear in a fast-paced retail store environment.
• Help outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining wholesale accounts.
• Build, guide and develop an engaged crew to deliver customer care and results.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets.
• Display pride in a store recognized for safety and appearance.
