NAPA is seeking a Store Manager for our Aurora, IL location. You will supervise and coach store employees, drive sales performance, and ensure high levels of customer service while maintaining safe, compliant store operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing merchandising, inventory accuracy, and vendor relations, with a focus on minimizing shrinkage and maximizing profitability in a fast-paced automotive aftermarket environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school, and/or college degree a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership in automotive after-market service industry.
• Working knowledge of the store/services organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitors store sales performance daily/weekly/monthly/YTD.
• Identifies problems and solves them effectively.
• Develops good customer relations and maintains high service levels.
• Addresses sales/service questions quickly.
• Supervises and coaches store employees; monitors performance.
• Minimizes inventory shrinkage through proper procedures.
• Ensures timely receipt and proper stocking of merchandise.
• Maintains safe work environment and ensures HazMat training.
