Genuine Parts Company – NAPA stores are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a growing auto parts team and drive growth, profit, and excellent guest service. You will be responsible for P&L, initiating business plans, and removing roadblocks to success.

Lead an engaged crew, mentor staff, and guide operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining store safety, appearance, and strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with automotive/retail exposure preferred.
• Customer care mindset with ability to build relationships and lead a team.
• A passion for driving growth, P&L ownership, and business planning.
• Background in automotive/retail industry is a plus.
• ASE certifications or related technical credentials are beneficial.
• Experience in fast-paced store environments and managing crews.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
• Shift into high gear in a fast-paced retail store environment
• Help outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Build, guiding and developing an engaged crew team to deliver checkered flag levels of customer care and business results
• Steer towards continuous improvement in processes and procedures
• Protect and maintaining the security of store assets
• Display pride in navigating a store recognized for safety and appearance
