Job summary

Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA Auto Parts Store is seeking a Store Manager with a passion for leadership and growth. You will guide a sales-driven team, manage P&L responsibilities, and develop initiatives to grow revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes accountability, loss prevention, and a strong customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires a hands-on leader who builds relationships, drives performance, and maintains store standards for safety

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and customer-care focus required.
• Experience with inventory controls, stocking levels, and seasonal shifts is a plus.
• Self-motivation and initiative to achieve business goals.
• Customer-centric attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort operating a cash register and navigating computer/paper catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
• Lead a high-energy team to deliver customer care and business results.
• Support outside sales in developing wholesale accounts.
• Foster a culture of safety, loss prevention and store appearance.
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Ensure store assets are secure and well maintained.
