Job summary

Third Coast NAPA is seeking a Store Manager in Texas to lead daily store operations, build a results-driven team, and drive sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure standards for merchandising and safety are upheld.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of retail management experience (automotive aftermarket preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business administration preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a managerial role, automotive aftermarket experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cataloging and inventory management systems; strong supervisory and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and business results.
• Drive store sales, profitability, and operational performance while maintaining accountability for key business metrics.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members to build a strong talent pipeline and support succession planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability with clear expectations, regular feedback, and performance management.
• Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, merchandising, and store presentation guidelines.
• Oversee inventory management processes to minimize shrinkage and maintain product availability.
• Manage store labor and expenses, including scheduling and cost-control initiatives.
• Partner with Human Resources on hiring, employee relations, coaching, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
