Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail environment; proven profitability experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships; build and hold team accountable to action plans.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule, and engage store Team Members.
