Genuine Parts Company (NAPA) in Livermore, CA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our auto parts team and drive growth in a high-volume retail environment. You will be responsible for P&L, team performance, and delivering outstanding customer care while building strong relationships with customers and wholesale accounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels, and seasonal shifts.
• Personal drive, self-motivation, and initiative to meet goals.
• Customer focus and high energy in fast-paced stores.
• Ability to operate a cash register and use computer and catalog systems.
• Experience in automotive/retail management is a plus.
• Background in automotive industry or dealership is beneficial.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.
