You will guide a team through hiring, development, and coaching while managing daily tasks and ensuring quality service for both DIY and Professional customers.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, inventory control, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to analyze financials and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach and schedule store team members.
• On-duty responsibilities including coaching, floor and phone management, safety, opening/closing duties.
• Lead change management and ensure adherence to store processes.
• Provide DIY service such as battery installation and wiper installation.
• Support District/Region functions when requested.
• Review and analyze P&L statements and drive profitability.
