Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow Professional Customer relationships and execute action plans.
• Hire, coach, schedule, and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure inventory and operating standards are followed.
• Lead on-duty duties, safety, and tasks completion.
• Explain and train on store processes and DIY diagnostics.
• Recruit and develop quality Team Members; manage performance.
