The GM will develop Professional Customer relationships, oversee inventory and P&L, coach staff, schedule shifts, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This exempt role requires 50-55 hours per week with rotating nights and weekends, and offers a sales commission opportunity.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a retail or automotive environment is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
