Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations in Butler, PA. You will coach a Team Members, drive sales, and ensure customer service standards, while focusing on profitability and inventory control.

The role requires strong P&L analysis capability, retail leadership experience, and proficiency with MS Office. A bilingual edge (English/Spanish) is a plus and a commitment to a flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and analyzing profit and loss statements.
• Ability to review and analyze business reports such as P&L.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers, peers and management.
• 2–3 years of team leadership in retail.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze P&L statements.
• Provide GAS3 selling experience for DIY and DIFM customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services including battery installations and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle complaints promptly.
• Manager on duty responsibilities including coaching, floor/phone management, task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties.
• Weekly scheduling process.
